He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Watkins; his children, Jeffrey L. Watkins (Nicole) and Wendy Ann Watkins; his grandchildren, Cassidi Howe (Tom), Trevor Watkins (Tristan), Aubree Watkins, Jake Sanders (Emily), William Watkins and River Watkins; his great grandchildren, Kalyn Howe, Lucas Howe, Payton Howe and Sophia Sanders; his siblings, Ronald Watkins (Nancy) and Virginia Williams; and his nephew Mike Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
