She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Virginia Foreman (Jennie), William Henry Foreman Jr. and Jennie Foreman (Clevenger); her mother Zelma Moran; her aunts and uncles, Hilda Walden, Clara Ashwood, Pauline Blagg, Ralph Foreman, David "Gene" Foreman, William Henry "Bill" Foreman III and Kenneth Foreman; and her cousins, David E. Foreman Jr., Larry Foreman, Aubrey Morgan, Bobby Gene Ashwood, Joyce Kizzia and Nina Wilkins.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Lee Blagg, Sr.; her son Donny; her husband Ray Mayes; her cousins, Carol Boyd of Claremore, Jackie Foreman of Owasso, Janice L. Dillon of Muskogee, Natalie Medlin of Muskogee, Ronnie Blagg of Tulsa, Jeanne Shepherd of Bartlesville, Terrye Cramer of Fayetteville, AR and Kenny Foreman of Bartlesville; her close friend Phyllis Pinkston; Margie Morgan (Harris).
