Mark M. Peters Obituary

We bid farewell to Mark M. Peters (Muskogee, Oklahoma), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 13, 2025 at the age of 65. Mark touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his sister Kristen Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Marybeth Flusche; his children, Angel Bowlin (Wayne) of Broken Arrow, Eli Peters (Erin) of Tahlequah, Emily Pierce (Joey) of Weatherford, TX, Joey Flusche (Stephanie) of Midland, TX, Matt Flusche (Breanne) of Oklahoma City and Ali Highers (Jacob) of Broken Arrow; his parent Dorothy Peters (Snider) of Tahlequah; his siblings, Laura Watts (Larry) of Tahlequah and Michael Peters (Michella) of Tahlequah; and his grandchildren, Izick Smith, Wyatt Bowlin, Paige Bowlin of Natalie Peters, E. J, Paizlee Pierce, Everett Flusche, Harrison Flusche, Nora Flusche, Madeline Flusche, Jane Flusche, Reese Highers, Logan Highers and Adam Highers. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Mark Peters Leadership Scholarship Award that will be given annually to a Muskogee High School Senior.
