She was predeceased by : her parents, Jasper Augusta and Suzie Acuff (Ray); her husband Elza "Buck" Miller; her siblings, Ray Acuff, Lillard Acuff, Roy Acuff, Nadine Gibbs and Corrine Didway; her children, Teddy Wayne Spradlin and Donna Pittman; and her grandchildren, Bennie Duane Pittman III, Joe Pittman and Jesse Pittman.

She is survived by : her children, Mike Spradlin of Oktaha, Darrel Spradlin (Sherri) of Beggs, James Spradlin (Sheila) of Warner, Beverly Newton (David) of Checotah and Glenna Murr (Jerry) of Wainwright; her son-in-law Bennie Pittman of Oktaha; her siblings, Ruby Walden of Muskogee, Lonnie Acuff of Tulsa, Q. L. Acuff of Warner, Bob Acuff of Oklahoma City and Don Acuff (Dorothy) of Muskogee; and her grandchildren, Ashley Rogers, Mark, Mariah Spradlin, Michael Spradlin, Matthew Spradlin, Justin, Kendall Spradlin, Marti, Jake Henry, Sierra Spradlin, Gage Sparrow, Mia, Nick Boken, John Gates, Jerrod, Jenn Murr, Josh, Jill Murr, Richard, Dayra Newton, Holly and Denny Coldwell. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
