He is survived by: his wife Aloma Faye Garner; his sons, Tony Garner (Katherine Skvhak) of Waco and Michael Garner (Ranie Rantian Garner) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Sharon Carter of Waco, Sarina Garner of Austin and Sammy Winokan of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Carol Vance (Ray) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Ted Garner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
