Godfrey Jr. and Elizabeth Mackey; her great grandchildren, George A. Mackey III (Patricia) of Tahlequah, Brenda K. Godfrey (Jimmie) of Muskogee, Deborah L. Adair (Harold) of Stone Bluff, Diane L. Hammons (Bobbie Joe) of Muskogee, Mary E. Hickman (Michael) of Broken Arrow, Gary W. Mackey (Ruby) of Broken Arrow, Sandra L. Storts (Roy L.) of O'Fallon, MO and Jimmy Don Mackey of Muskogee; and her brother Vester Fausett of Muskogee.
