She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar G. Coplen and Donna N. Coplen (Corn); her husband C. B. Abel; and her siblings, Charlotte Brooks, Dessie Lufkin and Harry Coplen.
She is survived by: her children, George Abel (Donna) of Muskogee, Mitzie Burk (Larry) of Braggs and Luke Abel (Lisa) of Muskogee; her nieces, Donna Gray (Phillip) and Lorna Ratzlaff (Terry) of Enid; and her nephew Robert Dalton of Coweta. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren; along with other family members.
