He is survived by: his mother Wilma Juanita "Sarge" Carr Rush of Owasso, Oklahoma; his son Jason Rush; his daughter-in-law Angie Rush; his granddaughter Rachael Rush; his great grandchild Copeland of Stigler; his grandchildren, Aubry Rush of Muskogee and Joshua Cowan (Ayla); his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Elijah of Muskogee; his brothers, David Stephen Rush (Robin) of Chesterfield, Missouri, James Michael Rush of Norman, Jeffrey Brian Rush (Jane) of Owasso, Oklahoma and Mark Christopher Rush of Moore, Oklahoma.; his cousin Samuel Perry Schulze; his aunts, Betty Rush Head and Jackie Rush Foutch; his uncle Joseph Michael "Mike" Rush; and his cousins, Nancy Dodd Milam (Steve) and Sue Warren. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
