He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lewis and Mary Louise Lewis (Clark); his siblings, Joseph Lewis, James E. Lewis, Edna Dement, Pauline Adkins and Catherine Ross; his son Ralph Earl Lewis; and his grandson Barry Lee Farmer.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lewis; his children, Gina Farmer (Mike Zinser) of Stilwell, Theresa Lewis and Steven Lewis (Michelle) of Kansas City, MO; his sisters, Mary Littlejohn of Grover, NC and Alfreda Kyle of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Amanda McGraw (Kit), Nick Hilton (Courtney), Alex Hilton (Megan), Jacob Lewis, Krista Lewis, Annabel Lewis and Isaac Lewis. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; and a host of other family members and friends.
