He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Franklin Donahoo Sr. and Marjorie Wingo Donahoo; his wife Tammie Denise Burney; and his brothers, Dustin Donahoo and Stormie Fanchier.

He is survived by: his children, Tonya Terry of Hoffman, Oklahoma, Kimberly Donathan of Henryetta, Oklahoma and Roger Donahoo of Aztec; his grandchildren, Mekko Donathan, Jonathan Donathan, Whitney Coplin, Dylan Terry, Dalton Terry, Destiny Hatcher, Kristen Donahoo, Alex Donahoo, Makayla Donahoo, Haley Donahoo and Tyler Donahoo; and his siblings, John Young of Lake City, James Young of Butler and Joan Tripp of Norman, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
