Thomas Tolbert (Kathleen) and Daniel E. Tolbert; his siblings-in-law, Devon Brandes (Lisa) and Terri Brandes; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Lee Tolbert, Diane Boyd, Olivia Tolbert, Kelsey Tolbert, Madison Tolbert, Ava Brandes, Sophia Brandes, Terri Dawn Howell-English and Caitlyn Green.
