He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sylvester Hall and Eloise Hall (Foster); his grandparents, Virgil, Esther Foster, Silas Hall, Ed and Eva Sneed; his brothers, Dewayne Hall (Linda) and David Hall; his niece Kelly Michelle Hall; his aunt Juanita Bivins; and his uncles, Virgil Foster Jr., J. L. Foster and Forest Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Anna Bronstad; his sons, Robert R. Hall Jr. (Angela) of Muskogee and Christian D. Hall (Staci) of Muskogee; his grandchildren, Eric, Luke, Nate, Tuke, Joe, Serenity, Lily and Emma; his great grandchildren, Zekiha and Wyatt; and his sibling's children, Michael Hall, Jonathon Hall, Dan Price, Brandi Hale and Jennifer Walker.
