He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Williams and Elizabeth Williams; his brothers, James Williams and Thomas Williams; and his former wife Martha Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Lynn Williams; his son Gregory; his daughter-in-law Laura Williams of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; his daughter Kimberly; his children-in-law, Roy Fryer of Broken Arrow, Billy Comfort of Houston, TX and Mia Holcomb of Ada; his grandchildren, Kevin Kling (Talhia), Kayla Williams, Blake Fryer (Olivia), Hannah Agee (Marc), Ryan Williams, Caden Williams, Austin Fryer, Sam Holcomb, Bella Holcomb and Maverick Holcomb; and his great grandchild Roen Kling.
