He was predeceased by : his parents, D. A. Meeks and Nellie Shelton Meeks; his siblings, David Meeks, Peggy Meeks and Melvann Long; his granddaughter Christina Noel Meeks; and his nephew Carrol Meeks.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Hall; his siblings, Willy Meeks of Muskogee, Frank Meeks (Sally) of Muskogee, Tim Meeks of Roland, Oklahoma and Louise Sims of Porum Landing; and his children, Robert Jack Meeks II (Tiffany) of Muskogee, Manuel Meeks of Muskogee and Candace Meeks of Eufaula.
