He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rolland and Beulah Rolland (Riggs); his grandfather Bob; and his siblings, Jackie Lewis (Finnis), John, Kelly (Jo) and Randy.

He is survived by: his wife Freda Wiley; his daughters, Vicki Garrison (Gary), Robbi Cowan (Daryl) and Terri Miller (Abner); his grandchildren, Mark (Brandy), Robert "Bo" (Tonya), Megan (Lance), Nicholas (Rickie), Lindsey (Major), Jesse and Shan (Courtney); his great grandchildren, MyKenzie, Jamarian, Bode, Brylee, Kade, Kyler, Karsyn, Dawson, Crue, Myles and Letti; his great great grandchildren, Remi, Rae and Oaklynn; and his sister-in-law Thelma Terrell.
