With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Roy Spinks of Muskogee, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Spinks and Alice Spinks (Bent); and his siblings, Gracie Coppinger, Mary Blevens and John C. Spinks.

He is survived by: his children, Rosalyn Spinks Davis of Wichita, KS, Rhonda Harder of Muskogee, Stephanie Tippie of Muskogee, Rodney'Butch'Spinks and Sterling Spinks of Muskogee. He is also survived by ten grandkids and one great grandson; extended family, and many friends.
