Ruby Wooten Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Wooten (Muskogee, Oklahoma), born in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barry Rowan and Lillie Mae Rowan (Green); her former husband Harold Lee Wooten; her son Michael Wooten; and her siblings, Raymond Rowan, Lloyd Rowan, Carl Rowan, Jesse Rowan, John Rowan, Ethel Walters, Jim Rowan, Martha Igert, Donald Rowan and Kenneth Rowan.

She is survived by: her children, Sand Springs and Steve; her husband Floyd; her brother-in-law Porter Wagoner; her sons, Harold Wooten of Sand Springs, Randy Wooten (Susan) of Sand Springs and Steven Wooten (Diana) of Bixby; and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason, Molly, Beth, Zack, John, Matthew, Amanda, Jessica, Amirah, Katina, Jeff and Tracy. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous extended family.
