She is survived by: her husband Jack Schultz, Sr.; her children, Shannon Gay of Johnson City, Texas and Jack Schultz, Jr. of Sand Springs, OK; and her grandchildren, Jack Allen "Tripp" Schultz III of Fort Gibson, OK and Lydia Michelle Schultz of Fort Gibson, OK.
