Ruth Ann Briggs Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Briggs (Muskogee, Oklahoma), born in Clarksville, Arkansas, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dismukes and Dorothy Dismukes (Higdon); and her brother Billy. She is survived by: her husband Ollie Dean Briggs; her children, Paul Briggs (Mary) and Lisa Rowsey (Jeffrey); her brother Alan Dismukes (Cindy); her nephew Jimmy Bliss; her niece Casey Stewart; her grandchildren, Madison, Court Rowsey, Jacob Briggs and Megan Green (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryder and Easton.

In lieu of flowers, Ann's family suggests memorials be made to Muskogee Community Food Pantry at First United Methodist Church.
