She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Grimes (McSpadden) and Lacy Grimes; her brother David Grimes; and her brother-in-law John Leafer. She is survived by: her daughter Taylor; her grandchildren, Sawyer Banks and Miles Givens; her sister Mary Jane Leafer (Grimes); and her large Cherokee. She is also survived by many coworkers, who quickly became close friends.
