He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Thompson and Ruth Thompson (Leake); his former wife Ida Thompson; his son Larry Thompson; and his siblings, Miranda Greene and Frank Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hannah; his children, Diana Armstrong (Terry) of Checotah, Kathryn Marmon of Checotah and Kenneth Thompson (Jennifer) of Owasso; his grandchildren, Brandon, Kelli, Hunter, Tessa, Alec, Leah, Amanda, Brianna, Kiersten and Luke; and his brother James Thompson (Katherine) of Bixby. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
