With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven J. Knapp (Muskogee, Oklahoma), born in Seattle, Washington, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Knapp and Louise Kalbach; and his wife Jacqueline Bishop. He is survived by: his daughters, Blanca Allen and Susana Jackman; his son-in-law Jeremy Jackman; his grandchildren, Max, Sophie, Jonas and Calen Jackman; his great grandchildren, Malakai James and Emryn Ivy; his siblings-in-law, Karen Franklin, Bruce Bishop (Laurie) and Patty Bishop; and his nephews, Chris Bishop (Natalie), Micah Bishop (Nikki), Ron Franklin (Shellie), Scott Franklin and Erin Bishop.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church of Muskogee (2000 Haskell Blvd, Muskogee, OK 74403).
In retirement, Steve pursued hobbies he loved, including windsurfing and skiing, until Jacque's health declined due to Alzheimer's disease.
