He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Manning and Dorothy Lea Manning (Patterson); and his siblings, Marcus Manning and Cheryl Stevens. He is survived by: his sister Rosalie Dye of Newalla, OK.; and his sibling's children, Brian Stevens of Porum, OK, Brent Stevens of Muskogee, OK, Angela Dye of Newalla, OK, Caleb Dye of Norman, OK, Lisa Dye of Meeker, OK and Cindy Dye. He is also survived by Fourteen great nieces and great nephewsSix great-great nieces.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM at the Mallory Chapel (500 Main St, Porum, OK 74455). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (24892 S 145th St E, Webbers Falls, OK 74470).
