She is survived by : her husband Charles Evans; her stepdaughter Shawn Evans; her grandchildren, Tulsa, Cindy Callahan (Brian) of Broken Arrow, OK and AJ Callahan of Broken Arrow, OK; and her cousin Kay White (family: Jill Barber). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
