He is survived by: his children, Steve McCarter (Nikki) of Muskogee, OK, Sue Ann McCarter Branan (Russ) of Oktaha, OK and Sharon Stockton Hogle (Fred) of Muskogee, OK; and his grandchildren, Josh Branan (Kelli), Drew Branan (Brooke), Megan McCarter Pierce (Sean), Rachel McCarter, Justin Hogle (Stacy) and Abby Hogle Fowler (Chad). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
