He is survived by: his wife Linda Hebb (Risley) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his children, Thomas Hebb, Jr. of Pryor, Christopher Hebb (Jessica) of Locust Grove, Michael Hebb of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Amanda Seger (Jake) of Wagoner, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Linda Smith (Jim) of Fort Gibson, Connie Bell (James) of Wagoner, Debra Hightower of Tulsa, Sandra Wallace of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Randall Hebb (Linda) of Muskogee and Brennis Hebb, Jr. of Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandkids, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
