He is survived by: his wife Norma Ingram; his sons, Jonathan Goss of Muskogee, Timothy E. Goss Jr. of Muskogee and Harvey Joe Goss of Muskogee; his stepchildren, Anna Laura Trussell, Darryl Ray Arnel and Delana; his grandchildren, Tyler Goss and Morgan Goss; and his sisters, Francis Lou Johnson (Mike) of Fort Gibson and Diana Joan Roye of Tulsa. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
