It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Rackley of Muskogee, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Hyram Rackley; his grandparents, Sonny and Eunice Parham; his uncle William; his aunts, Mary Ann Parham and Ellen Rackley; and his brothers-in-law, Lee Stovall and Jim Adams.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Parham; his wife Melissa Rackley; his children, Lacey Strebel (Logan Marshall), Rebecca Whiteside (Tim Whiteside), Logan Rhodes and Hunter Rackley (Alexandria Story); his grandchildren, Khya, Brantley, Lux, Savannah, Artemis, Xander, Shelby, Xavier, Nate, Heath and Nick Jr.; his sister Kim Adams; his mother-in-law Linda Dawson; and his siblings-in-law, Carla Stovall and Shawn Dawson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, bonus family members, and many friends.
