He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Tisher and Opal Nadine Kelso Carter; and his son Jeff Scott Tisher. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Alburty; his daughter Nannette Stanley (Marvin) of Wagoner; his granddaughters, Sarah DeForest (Josh) of Pea Ridge and Hannah McBane (Trevor) of Muskogee; his siblings, Maxine Treece (Jim) of Cleveland, Oklahoma and Alan Carter of Cleveland; and his great grandchildren, Birdie McBane and Callahan McBane.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lifepoint Church (2200 S 32nd St, Muskogee, OK 74401).
