He is survived by: his mother Treva Lucile Perry (Sinyard) of Muskogee; his daughter Rachel Ruiz (Juan) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Sophia Ruiz, Natalia Ruiz, Raeli Carpenter, Brynli Morris, Brayden Morris, Hayden Morris and Makynli Langley; his brothers, James Perry (Cindy) of Muskogee and Danny Perry of Muskogee; his nieces and nephews, Dalton Perry, Autumn Perry, Sarah Matthews, Brianna Coe, Tori Matthews, Michael Perry and Billy Perry; his aunts, Martha Allen (Tim), Loretta Bullard (Mike), Melody Sinyard (David) and Judy Mann (Roger); his uncle Cliff Sinyard (Brenda); and his close friend Anna Morton. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
