He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest A. Webb and Janett Geraldine Webb (Chappell); his wife Charlotte Ann Webb; his daughter Yolanda Woodruff; his son-in-law Larry Woodruff; and his siblings, Eddie Webb, Terry Webb, Albert Webb and Priscilla Webb.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Gibbs (Roy); his granddaughter Annmarie Gibbs of Elm Grove; his great-niece Tiffany Bales Smith of Tahlequah; and his brothers, Danny Webb (Denise) of Oklahoma City and Ricky Webb (Kathy) of Arizona. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
