He is survived by: his children, Shari Lewis (Jack) of Muskogee, OK, Shelli Jiles (Micheal) of Hulbert, OK and Richard Caldwell (Missy) of Tahlequah, OK; his grandchildren, Courtney Lewis of Muskogee, OK, Kayleigh Webb (Jesse) of Muskogee, OK, Jack Lewis (Ciara) of Muskogee, OK, Trevor Jiles (Lane) of Muskogee, OK, Allie Jiles of Hulbert, OK, Peyton, Savannah Caldwell of Tahlequah, OK, Wade Davis (Nicole) of Oktaha, OK and Brant Davis of Oktaha, OK; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Hunter, Westin Lewis, Carter, Kincaid Jiles, Nathan, Kevin, Garrett Webb and Aubrey Davis; Wayne. He is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
