He was predeceased by: his parent Starling Osburn; his wife Freda Joyce Osburn; and his mother Myrtle Mae Osburn (Cole). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Jackson (Donald) of Muskogee, OK and Karen Denise Hermes (Richard) of Magnolia, TX; his grandchildren, Jill Davis (Cory Patterson) of Muskogee, OK and Nicholas Hermes (Morgan Schiel) of Spring, TX; and his great grandchild Aubree Davis of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
