Celia left this world on March 25, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Huffman and Louise Huffman; her husband Charles "Chuck" Maher II; her brother Robert "Bob" Huffman (Helen); and her son-in-law Dale Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Eagan, Celia Gibson and Candi Vickery (Craig); her stepchildren, Charles Maher III (Elma), Joseph Maher (Terry) of Maine, Diane Maher (Bruce Pou) of Florida and Thomas Maher of North Carolina; and her brother William "Bill" Huffman (Linda). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
Hat knitting became a passion and a way to serve her community through donation of her handiwork.
