He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester McIntosh and Grace McIntosh (Doyel). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ruth Waller; and his children, Steve Eugene McIntosh (Rhonda), Rusell Brent McIntosh (Lori) and Carla Grace McIntosh. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
