She was predeceased by: her parents, Beauford Merrill and Thetis Merrill; her husband Lewis Hawkins (LG); and her great grandchild Matthew Morgan. She is survived by: her children, Wesley Hawkins (Susan) of Yukon and Kristi Kay Howes (Herschel) of Yukon; and her brother Bobby Ray Merrill (Carolyn). She is also survived by grandchildren, four (shared) great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McNeil's Funeral Home (525 W State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK 73064). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Stable Rock Baptist Church (1301 Cemetery Rd, Yukon, OK 73099). A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Schwartz Cemetery.
