Jenneva touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Lee Scitern and Gerald Winston Phelps; her siblings, Van, Herman, Pat Phelps and Lois Lord; her daughter-in-law Connie Dillard; her son Jay Dillard; her son-in-law Craig Anson; and her grandchildren, Sherla, Shannon and Travis Dillard.
She is survived by: her children, Bill (Ami), Toni Anson and Shelley McCarthy; her children-in-law, Louann Dillard and Mick McCarthy; her grandchildren, Krista (Aaron), Bruton, Amanda Hogan, Mary (Chris), Cox, Mark Siems, Colin (Leslie), Ren Wilson, Larissa (Kyle), Bowker, Emily Anson, Caleb Anson, Jade (Gavin), Caldwell and Jenna (Ryan Anderson); her great grandchild Asher Bruton; and her grandchildren, Daisy, Dax Hogan, Destiny Wilson, Bella Hebert, Raelyn, Kenzye Dillard, Boston, Baron Bowker, Grace, Ethan, Levi Caldwell and Ava Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McNeil's Funeral Service (525 W State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK 73064). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
