He is survived by: his parents, Eduwiges "Vicky" Ontiveros and Humberto "Beto" Ontiveros; his wife Ashley Leon; his daughters, Cielo, Guadalupe (Erick Reyes) and Maricruz (Fidel Hernandez); his brother Jesus Ontiveros (Brenda); his nephew Antonio; and his niece Anabella.
