She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Adkins Jr. (Jackie) and Brian Adkins (Krystal); her grandchildren, Kyla Adkins (Alex), Harlee, Seth, Jayden, Brody Adkins, Dylan, Chase Turner, Nelson Thomasson (Emily) and Austin Arnett (Brittany); and her brother Michael Lightsey (Dee). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
