He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Lane and Frank Lane; his brother Bobby Lane; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Lane and Charles Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hays; his children, Nathan (Jennifer) and Melissa (Joe Snipes); his grandchildren, Drake, Olivia, Grace, Izzy and Emma; his grandson-in-law Hayes Burris; and his siblings, Jeanne Hubbard, Terri Herron (Scott) and Larry Lane (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
