He is survived by: his wife Barbara Horn (Johnson); his siblings, Sandy Fowler and Jerry Horn; his grandson Joshua Horn; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Lee, Silas Rae, Ander Scott and Jonah Lynne. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
