She is survived by: her husband Walter Dale Clayton of Mustang, OK; her son Jonathan Dale Clayton of Wake Forest, NC; her sister Michele Rudberg of Vinita, OK; and her brother-in-law Eddie Clayton (Debbie) of Midwest City, OK. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
