He is survived by: his mother Sue Hickman; his wife Peggy Butler; his children, James Knoll, Heather Witten, Nathan Lowery and Daimon Lowery; his siblings, Mary Ford, Brenda Zirzow and Steven Hickman; his grandchildren, London, Austin Rich, Payton, Kendall, Bailey, Jordan Lowery and Chase Lowery; and his great grandchild Ashton Gutierrez.
