Blackburn of Nardin, Oklahoma, born in Sterling, Kansas, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis D. Blackburn and Altus L. Blackburn (Higgins). He is survived by : his wife Maria Blackburn of Nardin, OK; his siblings, Dwight Blackburn of Mannford, OK and Pam Wornkey (Tim) of Ellinwood, KS; and his children, Darren Blackburn (Amy) of West Columbia, TX, Sabra Blackburn of Yukon, OK, Kelci McNeill (Ryne) of Moore, OK, Albany Blackburn of Berkeley, CA, Adriana Blackburn of Nardin, OK and Emmon Blackburn of Nardin, OK. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
