He was predeceased by: his parents, William Waggoner and Opal Waggoner of Nash; and his son Kent. He is survived by: his wife Joyce of Enid; and his children, Bill (Donita Waggoner), Terri (Kevin McFarland), Judy (Kelvin Buller), Karla (Rick Oller), Alan (Melissa Ryan), Kevin (Lisa Ryan) and Angela (Ray Blewitt).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Jet State Bank in honor of Kelly Waggoner.
