He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene and Lela Millican of Choctaw. He is survived by : his daughters, Meridith Barney (Kyle), Bridgett Thurston (Tony), Lauren Millican (Tyler), Lacey Millican (Stephen) and Kelcee Calaway (Cadan); and his brothers, Barry Millican (Jeanne) and Dennis (Stacey). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three nephews, a niece, many cousins and countless friends.
