Deborah Ann Shahan Obituary

Deborah Ann Shahan, age 70, of Newcastle, Oklahoma, passed away on August 29th, 2025, surrounded by her loving daughter Alisha and fiancé Chris.

Born on July 3rd, 1955, in Hobbs, New Mexico, she lived a life filled with love, kindness, and strength.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose greatest joy was her family. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her strength, and the way she cared deeply for everyone around her.

She is survived by: beloved companion; Rogelio (Rodeo} Betancourt; children: Alisha Nantz and fiancé Chris Williams of Newcastle, OK; Son Shannon Vaughn and wife Jennifer of Moore, OK; Son Jeremy Sumner and wife Sondra of Duncan, OK; Daughter Melissa Cramer of Checotah, OK; Daughter Shelly Dylina-Nowland and husband Jeff of Lompoc, CA; Son Edward Dylina and wife Kim of Lompoc, CA; her many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother; Alvin Wilkie of Rush Springs, OK and many other relatives and friends who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by: Parents Herman and Ruby Wilkie and sister Carol Jane Hutton).

A celebration of Deborah's life will be announced and held privately for close family and friends at a later time.
