It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Abbott of Newcastle, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Donna is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Donna's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lloyd Rains and Ola Laverne Rains (Orr); and her brother Dennis Rains. She is survived by: her children, Mandy Doshier (Will) of Moore, Barbara Simpson of Norman, Paul Looper (Sandra Toolate) of Norman and Bobby Looper of Russellville, AR; and her siblings, Treva Hughes (Darrell Campbell) and Kevin Rains of Pauls Valley, OK. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Little's Chapel (127 S Canadian Ave, Purcell, OK 73080).
