He was predeceased by : his father George Suzuki. He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Shaffer; his mother-in-law Hannelore Korsman of Del City; his siblings-in-law, Steve Suzuki of Denison, Texas and Linda Solomon (Dewayne) of Del City; and his nephews, Jonathan Suzuki, Ben Solomon and Zach Solomon.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
