He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mefford Sr. and Inez Mefford (Auld). He is survived by: his children, Debbie (Jeff Killian) of Ada, OK, John Jr. (Kelly Mefford) of Newkirk, OK and Denise (John Strickland) of Bartlesville, OK; and his siblings, George Jr. (Rhonda Mefford) of Owasso, OK and Kay Dunaway of Kingsville, TX.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Newkirk Cemetery - Newkirk.
